Reflection
Isaiah 40:8 contrasts the fleeting beauty of grass and flowers with the lasting nature of God’s word. Many aspects of life are temporary and shift rapidly, yet God’s word remains constant and eternal. This unchanging truth offers a sure foundation for hope when challenges cause doubt or fear. Trusting in God’s steadfast promises brings peace and courage through every season, as His word neither fades nor fails.

A prayer for today
