In Psalm 27:1-2, the psalmist proclaims a profound truth: with Yahweh as our light and salvation, fear loses its power over us. Darkness, threats, and enemies no longer dominate our hearts because God’s light guides our path and His salvation secures our lives. The imagery of light represents clarity, guidance, and protection, while strength empowers us to face challenges confidently.
