At times, we feel physically and emotionally depleted, as if our flesh and heart simply cannot endure any longer. Yet, the psalmist reminds us of a profound truth: even when our own strength fails us, God remains the strength of our heart and our lasting portion. This means God is both the source of our inner strength and the ultimate gift that satisfies our deepest needs forever. In moments of weakness, we are invited to rely not on ourselves but on God's faithful presence, which never diminishes.
