Daily devotion
Empowered by Christ’s Strength
Our faith draws strength from Christ, enabling us to face all challenges with confidence and peace.

“I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.”
Reflection
Faith is not merely belief; it is the reliance on Christ’s power within us. When Paul wrote about being able to do all things through Christ who strengthens him, he wasn’t speaking of personal might but divine empowerment. This strength comes not from our own capabilities but from surrendering to Christ, who sustains us in endurance and courage. Faith transforms difficulty into opportunity because it trusts in God’s empowering presence through every trial. We become more than conquerors, not by human effort, but by Christ’s sustaining grace that carries us through every moment, big or small.
Put it into practice
Today, pause to acknowledge where you rely on your own strength instead of Christ’s. Invite Him to renew your faith and empower you in those areas, trusting that His strength will enable you to rise above your challenges.
A prayer for today
Lord Jesus, thank You for the strength You provide. When I feel weak or overwhelmed, help me to lean on Your power rather than my own. Fill me with faith that trusts Your presence and enabling grace. May I face every challenge with confidence because You are with me. Amen.
