Reflection
Psalm 118:1-2 warmly invites us to give thanks to the Lord because His goodness never fades and His loving kindness endures forever. This enduring love forms the foundation of our hope and joy, reassuring us that no matter life’s uncertainties, God’s faithful character remains constant. This passage not only encourages personal gratitude but also calls the community of faith—here represented by Israel—to voice together the unchanging truth of God’s loving kindness.
